Go outside. Don’t tell anyone and don’t take your cell phone with you. Start walking and keep walking until you no longer know the way. Because every day we walk the same road, take the bus back home, and we don’t see each other anymore. We teach our muscles to work without walking and thinking while we sleep. I dare to walk where you have not walked before, and dare to notice you. Don’t try to get anything out of it because you won’t. Don’t try to use it because you can’t. And that’s the point. Walk, watch, sit if you want to sit. And be. Whoever you are, you are with what you have and realize that that is enough. Outside the window is the whole world.
